Making an Appointment

Session Appointment Length
First Assessment session appointments are 85 mins. Subsequent appointments are 55 mins.

In order to meet the changing needs of clients, we try to be as flexible as possible when offering appointments.

Payment
Payments can be made via Cash, EFTPOS or Credit/Debit Card on completion of your appointment at the front desk, through our booking system. After your appointment, you will be invoiced the full session amount. If you are claiming a rebate, it will be processed there and then electronically. Your rebate will be deposited directly into your bank account, typically within 24 hours.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to change your appointment for whatever reason, we will happily do so provided you give us 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a cancellation fee may apply.
Parking
We offer free parking on-site for our clients to make accessing us easier. Information and directions will be given when booking your first appointment.
